Is there a free trial available?
Yes. Every new user gets a 7 day free trial period to link their accounts, set up payoffs, and experience how the app works. You won’t be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel at any time before then.
Why do you charge if i'm trying to get out of debt?
We charge a fee to cover the costs of connecting to your accounts, automating payments, and providing ongoing support. It’s designed to be far less than the interest you save by paying down debt faster. It's an investment to your debt free future.
When do you actually take funds from my account?
Funds are only pulled once your round-ups reach the trigger amount you’ve set (for example $25). At that point, we automatically withdraw the funds and send them toward your selected debt so we don't overcrowd your checking account.
Will you overdraft my account?
No. You configure your overdraft protection ($100 minimum). We always check your account balance before initiating a withdrawal. If there aren’t enough funds available, we won’t pull money, so you never have to worry about us causing an overdraft.
Do you ever sell my data?
Never. Your financial data is private and securely encrypted. We don’t sell your personal information or share it with third parties beyond the trusted partners required to provide our service. It's part of the reason you pay for the product.
Can I send round ups to savings?
Right now round-ups are designed to pay down debt, since that has the biggest financial impact. Savings support is something we’re exploring, but today all round-ups go directly toward reducing what you owe.
