We’re excited to share that Ditch has been selected to participate in a strategic distribution pilot with UKG, one of the world’s leading human capital management providers. This opportunity comes as a direct outcome of our involvement in UKG Labs, the company’s innovation accelerator program that supports high-potential HR technology startups.
Ditch was part of the 2024 UKG Labs cohort 5, where we had the chance to collaborate with the Labs team and explore how our debt support tools could meaningfully enhance financial wellness offerings within the broader UKG ecosystem. As a result of that engagement, Ditch was selected as one of a small number of companies invited to move forward into a go-to-market pilot.
This distribution pilot is focused on working with select UKG customers in priority verticals. Together with the Labs team, we’ll be supporting these employers in bringing Ditch’s unique debt repayment solutions to their workforces, helping employees repay debt faster and improve their financial behaviors through automated extra payments and AI-powered guidance.
Debt remains one of the biggest hidden stressors in the modern workforce, and HR leaders are increasingly recognizing that meaningful support around debt is not just a nice-to-have, but a core pillar of employee well-being.
This represents a valuable step forward in building a high-impact partnership. We’re energized by the early momentum and grateful for the opportunity to deepen our work with the UKG and UKG Labs team.
